Senior Ad Managers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a performance marketing agency based in Melbourne, Victoria, serving businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through senioradmanagers.com, how we use it, and who we share it with — including the advertising platforms we use to measure and improve ad performance.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiries and audit requests: your name, business name, email address, website, monthly ad budget, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Payments: when you buy an audit, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your email address. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Direct contact: anything you send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location and the time of your visit.
  • Campaign data: UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, msclkid and ttclid) that arrive in the URL when you click one of our ads.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, pixels, tags and local storage that recognise your browser and record actions such as viewing a page, starting a form or submitting an enquiry.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries, deliver the services you request and process payments.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website.
  • To measure the performance of our own advertising and understand which campaigns produce enquiries and customers.
  • To show our advertising to people likely to be interested in our services, including through remarketing and lookalike or similar audiences.
  • To send you information about our services, where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Sharing data with advertising platforms

To measure and improve the performance of our advertising, we share certain information with advertising and analytics platforms. These may include Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising, Clarity), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and similar providers. We share data in two ways:

  • Through tags and pixels on our website, which send information from your browser directly to the platform, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers and advertising click identifiers.
  • Through server-to-server connections (for example Google Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API), where we send conversion events from our systems. These events can include your email address or phone number, which we hash (convert to a scrambled code) before sending, along with the event type (for example “enquiry submitted” or “audit purchased”), its value and time, and campaign identifiers.

The platforms use this information to:

  • attribute conversions to the ads that produced them and report results to us;
  • optimise our campaigns and bidding toward people more likely to become customers;
  • build remarketing audiences and lookalike or similar audiences; and
  • match your information against their own user accounts, and, under their own terms, improve their own products, advertising systems and measurement.

What we do not share with advertising platforms: the free-text contents of your message, your payment card details, or any sensitive information (such as health, financial-hardship or similar details).

Each platform acts under its own privacy policy and terms, which govern how it uses the data it receives. You can review them at Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok.

Other people we share information with

  • Service providers that help us run our business: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Netlify (website hosting and secure storage of enquiries), our lead-tracking and CRM software, and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when fonts load).
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, sale or restructure.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some laws (for example in California) treat sharing data with advertising platforms for advertising purposes as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See “Your rights and choices” below.

Your rights and choices

Opt out of advertising data sharing

You can stop us sharing your data with advertising platforms by:

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jesse@senioradmanagers.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Rights under local law

  • New Zealand: you have rights of access and correction under the Privacy Act 2020, and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
  • Australia: you may access and correct your information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
  • United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising, and to appeal a refusal. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request.
  • UK / EEA: if you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies and data sharing, which you can withdraw at any time. You may also have rights of portability and objection, and may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some site features. Advertising platforms may set their own cookies, which we do not control.

International transfers

We and our service providers operate in several countries, including Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where we transfer it, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, and delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed. Data held by advertising platforms is kept under their own retention policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
